Do you accept insurance?+
We are a cash-pay clinic — we do not bill insurance directly. Many patients find our pricing comparable to or less than their out-of-pocket insurance costs, especially for compounded medications that often aren't covered anyway. We're happy to provide a receipt if you'd like to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
What if I already have recent labs?+
Great news — you may be able to skip the lab fees entirely. If you've had comprehensive bloodwork within the past 6 months covering the relevant panels (hormones, thyroid, metabolic, etc.), bring them to your consultation. Your provider will review what you have and let you know if anything additional is needed. We won't order tests you don't need.
Can I use my own pharmacy?+
Yes. We fill prescriptions through a trusted compounding pharmacy and ship directly to you — which is convenient and often more affordable. But if you'd prefer to fill at your own local or mail-order pharmacy, we'll send your prescription there. Keep in mind that compounded medications (like most HRT and GLP-1 formulations) may not be available at standard retail pharmacies.
